
Artist Showcase - Kristine Crimmins
Kris is a former elementary school teacher with experience in pastel, oil, watercolor, acrylic painting and mixed media as well as cut paper, textiles and photography. She has studied at several New England art centers with award winning artists including Paul Leveille, Rosalie Nadeau, Bill Maloney, Karen North Wells, Mary Whyte and Bill Collins. She has a passion for expressionistic plein air landscapes and abstract painting.
Kris is a founding member of the Wilbraham Art League and former member of the Cape Cod Art Association and Tobacco Valley art Association. She has won several awards and has sold her works in the U.S. as well as internationally. She has participated in many exhibits throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. Her original art designs are also available in print and note card form as well as on her signature scarves.
